Leave the motorway immediately to your right after passing the Patras tollgates. You will see signs to Agios Vassilios, Rion and Nosokomio. After about 300 m, where the road divides, bear left under the motorway bridge and, after 500 m, the University Hospital is visible on the left. The University campus begins there.
